x369 is free of charge and carries no third-party advertising. There is no purchase, no subscription, no in-app purchase and no account. You do not pay with data either: nothing is transmitted to us.
The iPhone version is distributed through the App Store. The license is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). We do not provide terms of use of our own alongside it, because there is nothing they would need to govern.
The texts in x369 are written with care. x369 is a tool for self-reflection and does not promise any result. It does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of an obligation without which the app could not reasonably be used, and then only for the loss that is typically to be expected with an app of this kind. Mandatory rights under the law of your country of residence always take precedence.
The texts, design and graphics of x369 were created by us and are protected by copyright. What you write in the app yourself belongs to you. We do not see it and claim no rights in it.
